• How do I save something?

  Open it in Safari or any other app, tap the iOS Share button, then choose Find Later. Add tags, a collection or a note in the sheet, then Save. It lands in your library instantly.

• How do I create a collection?

  On the Collections tab, tap the pencil at the top right. Give the collection a name, pick an icon and a colour, then add saves to it from anywhere in the app.

• How does sharing a collection work?

  Open a collection, tap the menu, then Share Collection. This sends a snapshot that the other person can add to their own Find Later library. Their copy is independent: changes, additions and removals made by either person do not update the other copy, and collections are not collaborative.

• Does Find Later sync between my iPhone and iPad?

  Yes. If you’re signed in to iCloud, Find Later syncs your library between your devices via CloudKit automatically. There’s no setting to switch on - it just works.

• I’ve hit the 100-save limit. What now?

  The free tier covers up to 100 saves. To go beyond that, upgrade to Find Later Plus from Settings - either £12.99 per year or £34.99 once for lifetime access. Plus also unlocks unlimited collections.

• How do I cancel a Plus subscription?

  Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, find Find Later and tap Cancel. You’ll keep Plus access until the end of the current billing period.

• Can I get a refund?

  Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the Find Later purchase and request a refund.

• I’ve found a bug. What do I do?

  Email support@getfindlater.com with a short description of what you were doing, what you expected and what actually happened. A screenshot helps a lot.
